September 30, 2021 - Dr. Jain completes 25 years in Burbank
Dr. Jain celebrated the completion of 25 years serving the Burbank community. She started practicing at Mullikin Medical Clinic in Burbank on September 30, 1996 after completing her residency in Internal Medicine at LAC-USC Medical Center. She has practiced in Burbank continuously since then.
October 1, 2020 - New Location
After 24 years in the location on Magnolia Blvd, Dr. Jain’s office moved to a new location on October 1, 2020.
The new location is 500 E. Olive Avenue, Suite 740, Burbank, CA 91501. We look forward to providing the same exceptional service to our patients for many years from this new location. Our phone number did not change.
